If your child has sudden vision changes, eye pain, an eye turning in or out, double vision that appears suddenly, or severe headaches, contact a doctor promptly or seek emergency care.

Our child checklist is the Vision Problem Symptom Checklist used by Vision Development Center of NJ, and our adult survey is VDCNJ's version of the Brain Injury Vision Symptom Survey (BIVSS). Their results show whether an evaluation is suggested. They have not been validated as diagnostic tests in this online form.
